| CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS |

| The cancellation before May 27, 2017 - 90% of paid sum will be refunded. |

| The cancellation on and after May 27, 2017 - no refund. |

| The registration fee for regular participants and students includes
attendance at all sessions, conference kit, refreshments and lunches,
welcome reception, group transfer airport-hotel* (June 25, 2017), group
transfer conference venue - airport* (June 30, 2017) and transfer between
hotel* and conference venue. |

| The registration fee for accompanying persons includes refreshments and
lunches, welcome reception, transfer from and to the airport, transfer
between hotel and conference venue. |
